Metty is an awesome keyword tool. This tool makes page development easy by taking your keywords, abstract, or description and places them within the proper tags for an easy cut&paste!
Using Metty is simple! Create HTML meta tags by filling in simple form fields. There is support for 33 meta tags. Import an existing HTML file from your hard-drive or the web. Insert generated meta tags into HTML file and save. You can save tags as a file for use as a template. We are writing a review, please come back soon.

Visual Studio.net 
There is no doubt in the quality of this web editor as it is really an IDE for program compilation, development and design. I totally recommend this program above all other tools as a personal must have because of the C programming features. My colleagues will undoubtedly argue, but Visual Studio offers more than you need, and provides one with a rich toolset, to start true web service development. HTML-Kit 
The good folks at Chami have developed my favorite all in one device for web page & script development and debugging. The learning curve takes some time, but is well worth it. Everyone should be using this package. It offers easy access to tag editing, page refinement and script development and programming.
